Abstract: The agile project management process SCRUM is established well in the software developing industries. Integration with the configuration and change management tools of a project is a central issue for the efficiency of a developing team.

This lecture explains, how SCRUM teams are empowered to support all aspects of the application lifecycle, by using integrated collaboration platform suites. How do we implement a sprint-backlog with a tracker? Which technical requirements need to be fulfilled to produce SCRUM specific metrics, like the burndown chart? Examples for putting those into practice are demonstrated for collaboration platform suites, like Codebeamer, MS-VSTS, Polarion, IBM-JAZZ and SourceForge from CollabNet.
